« Venice Says Goodbye To Tramontin, Master Gondola Builder | Main | Art and Arsenale »

The Goldoni photo would make me think of an outdoor, or festival, presentation done in in situ for some work set in Venice. All of the aspects of the photo look like an actual neighborhood square, including an authentic wellhead. The people in the lower foreground, in very different dress, would be the audience. The rest appears to me to be actual Venetian buildings.

It should be easy enough to ID the campo. Anyone care to try?
